The unit I purchased did not work with the concentrate chamber included. Rise doesn’t take returns, Desperate for an operating unit, I purchased the Puffco Peak directly from Puffco. The unit didn’t operate with the chamber it came with, so I bought the upgraded cartridge replacement and finally got the system working! I would highly recommend the Peak Pro if you get it on sale. The replacement parts are extremely expensive, so you have to clean it often to prevent damage.
