I love this product! I bought it for PMS but now take it any time I want a chilled-out blissful experience. The dosing on the bottle is a bit strong for me though. I'm 5'4" 120lbs and I only need a half dropper (.5 ml) to get me where I need to be. I took the whole dropper the first time and got WAY to high. :D
